To open an ActivInspire flipchart the file extension has to end with .flp or .flipchart. Is that the file extension you are attempting to open? If not, please provide the name of the file including the extension. If you are on a Windows computer, you may want to check Add/Remove programs to see if ActivInspire is installed. On a Mac, go to Applications > Promethean and ActivInspire should be listed there. (case# 247351)
