Shared Resources are generally placed into a location where all users can access them, for example: C:\Documents and settings\ all users\ documents\ ActivSoftware\ Inspire. Not sure what may have happened to cause this issue. To verify where ActivInspire is looking for these resources, with the software open select Edit > Profiles > Settings tab > Profile and Resources > the path in which the software is looking for the shared resources is listed under "Use default Shared Resources path." You can try and reset your profiles to default and see if that resolves the issue but any profiles that you have customized will be lost. Is it possible that your district or school possibly changed the location of these resources? Is anyone else having this issue? (case# 246841)
