ActivDriver version x64 5.7. ActiveBoard firmware version V8.61 Build 10. The laptops (Dell 6420s) are connected to the boards via a USB extender. The original cable that came with the board is a 6 foot usb cable, and is very impractical for teacher purposes. Using the original cable the problem does not seem to occur, but due to the sporadic nature of the problem, I don't find that as conclusive.
