Depending on the model board you have, the red flame indicates that the board is being powered but may not be detecting the USB from your computer. Try disconnecting the power supply and the USB from the board for about 1 minutes and reconnect and see if that helps. If not, please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Interactive Displays, Contact Us.

In the Existing case field input case number: 245897. Please include the serial number of your ActivBoard and the driver version you have on the computer. It may be that a driver update may resolve the issue.
