You may want to try and delete your profile, if you have the administrative privileges to do so. Go to:
C:\Users\%username%\My Documents\Activ Software\ActivInspire\My Resources\My Profiles (N.B. If you have custom made profiles which you wish to use again, copy and paste these files into a different location before deleting them). Restart your computer and open ActivInspire. When you reopen ActivInspire it should recreate your profile. If the issue persists, please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Interactive Displays, Contact Us.
