I am using Windows 7 and there is a problem launching ActivInspire. The message constantly says that a problem caused inspire to stop working correctly so Windows will close it and notify me if a solution is available. There have been no notifications because the computer indicates that Windows could not resolve the problem. I have rebooted several times before seeing a post with the same issue. The suggested answer required the user to remove temp files and Java updates, then reboot. That seemed to solve the problem for that individual, but even though I have tried those things I still cannot launch Inspire and receive the same message that "Inspire has stopped working."
I have uninstalled Inspire and reloaded it twice already today. deleted Java and reinstalled it as well. This is frustrating because I am unable to use my Activboard and execute my lessons and activities as I need to do. Some assistance would be greatly appreciated.
