I have a user running Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit. Active Inspire's splash screen will appear when launched then it closes. Activeinspmgr is listed in task manager. I kill the process and try again. Same thing. Uninstall and reinstall don't fix the issue. Issue happens on multiple user profiles, admin and standard Turned off UAC. On March 14th laptop installed a bunch of updates. I removed KB2791765 and KB280928. Same thing. Disabled antivirus. Same thing. There is nothing recorded in the Windows event log. I am thinking a Windows update is causing issues with this app because it was working fine and dandy the previous day. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
