One of the Promethean Boards in my school is having an issue. When the teacher writes, it turns into text. The handwriting recognition is not turned on. Neither is the handwriting recognition on the computer. She is using the most current ActivInspire and we are working from Mac computers. Any ideas on how to turn this feature off?
