Can you please verify what version of ActivInspire you are using, to locate this select Help > About? What model of Activotes are you using, you can locate the model on the bottom of the device? If the Activotes are registering to the ActivBoard, please provide the firmware version listed in ActivManager. If they are registering to an ActivHub, please provide the firmware and driver version listed in ActivManager. It may possible that an update may be necessary. (case# 241301)
