In the Existing case field input case number: 241041. Please include the serial number of the board so that we may verify warranty coverage. Please ensure that you are connected directly to the electronics of the board, and that there are no USB extenders or boosters in use. You may also want to try and swap the USB cable and power supply to ensure that the cabling is not causing the spiking.
