Your ActivDriver needs to be updated. Case# 238796, each time an issue is reported we create a case in Tech Support in the event you need to contact us directly outside of the Forums.
To update the driver, disconnect all Promethean hardware from your computer.
Go to Applications \ Promethean \ ActivDriver \ Uninstall, when it asks for a password it is your computer password, input it and select Enter. You will not see the cursor move when inputting the password.
Restart the computer.
Save/Run/Install the driver link below.

Once the ActivDriver is installed, reconnect your Promethean hardware.
