If the calibration option is greyed out and you have a red X in ActivManager, that indicates that the computer/driver is not being detected by the board. To verify the version ActivDriver you have installed, select ActivManager > Control Panel> Hardware tab, at the bottom you will see Copyright (c) Promethean....(year) 5. (the driver version begins with the number 5.)
What version Mac are you running? To verify this select the Apple> About this Mac. (case# 238796)
