If you have tried swapping the power supply and plugging the projector to another outlet and the LED lights are not lit then it seems that the projector is faulty. Please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Projectors, Contact Us. In the Existing case field input case number:237835, provide the serial number of the projector and the shipping address where a replacement can be shipped in the event it is still under warranty.
