A firmware update may or may not resolve the issue. If you have swapped the pen, USB cable and power supply for the board and that has not resolved the issue, please contact Technical Support via the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, in the Existing case field type in case number 235081. Provide the serial number of the board and a shipping address in the event replacement hardware is necessary.
