It seems that the software was updated but the ActivDriver was not updated. To update the ActivDriver, please disconnect all Promethean hardware from the computers.
Go to Programs/ Uninstall a program and remove the ActivDriver.
Restart the computer, Save/ Install and Run the latest driver which is located at the link below.

Once the driver is installed, you can reconnect Promethean hardware. (case# 234231)
