To better assist you, please contact Technical Support via the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select Interactive Displays/ Contact Us, in the Existing case field input case number 209917. Please include the serial number of the ActivBoard which is located on the board itself. Also, provide the driver version you have, you may require an update.

Are you connected directly to the Activboard, using the standard USB cable that came with the board, or do you connect via a wall box? If connected via a wall box, try and bypass it and connect directly to the board.
