Please also ensure that Adobe Flash 11 (get.adobe.com/flashplayer) is also up to date. When ActivInspire is launched it uses Flash to open the software. Not sure what may be causing this issue with the Java updates. Java 6 is required for ActivInspire to function properly. (case# 232382)
