Hello,

Are you inputting the hardware serial number and product code on Planet or in the software when it asks for the software serial number?

If you are getting a message that the hardware serial number and product code are invalid then it may be that you or someone else has used that board's serial number before to generate an ActivInspire license key.

If you still have your old computer with ActivInspire on it, there is an article on our knowledge base that will guide you on where you can locate your software serial number.
