Hi, I have a teacher who has a second generation activboard. When she writes on the board occasionally a small menu appears with the options to "Select" and "Convert to text". Sometimes after this menu shows up the pen goes into select mode instead of normal pen mode to write with. The software is the current version, drivers updated and firmware updated as well. I've replaced the pen with a new one but the problem persists. The connection is via usb not bluetooth. If anyone has suggestions I'm all ears. Jason
