It seems that an update is necessary. Please provide the version of ActivInspire you are running, the version of ActivDriver, firmware of the ActivHub, and the firmware listed on the ActivExpression devices. To locate the version firmware on the devices, turn on the device, select Menu/ Diagnostic. The firmware will either begin with the number 9 or 12 depending on the version Expression you have.
