Forum Post: Hub not acknowledged by Board

I received an ActivSlate and Hub from my school and it worked on and off for a few days (the pen would skip or not move and would not work until I re-registered it).  When I upgraded the ActivInspire program it stopped working altogether.  When I plug the Hub into the computer it says that the device is "found," but when I try to register it, the PBoard says that it is not receiving a signal from the Hub.  I have tried this many times over the past couple of months with no luck.  The Hub is always blinking with the green light that is supposed to mean it is working.  The ActivSlate turns on and seems to be functioning, I just can't register it.  What do I need to do?  My school does not have any more Hubs for me to try.
