Julie,

There is an article on our knowledge base that will guide you on how to completely remove the software and files that may be hidden during a standard uninstall. You will need to be signed in as a full administrator to perform this. Please visit www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, in the search box type in article number 10475. The title of the article is - ActivInspire - Completely uninstalling ActivInspire. This article was written for OS 10.6 since we do not support 10.7 and above at this time but the locations should be similar. (case# 224398)
