I would make sure that you are using the latest ActivInspire version. You can click on Help>Check for updates to see if there is any latest updates or download from the support section on the Promethean Planet website.
This could also be dependant on the driver version you are using as ActivInspire works well with the latest ActivDriver installed. Please go to www.PrometheanKB.com and search for article 10902 to download the latest driver.
If you are still experiencing issues within ActivInspire I would recommend contacting Promethean Technical Support.
