Are the PowerPoint files saved locally and imported or imported across a saved location on the network?
Also, please could you confirm what file type the PowerPoint presentations are in? Which version of Microsoft office is installed?
I would recommend upgrading ActivInspire on one computer to the latest version (Currently 2.0) and test to see if the same issue happens.
