Thanks for posting on the forum.

What model of ActivBoard are you using? This can be found on the side of the ActivBoard on a white sticker.

What colour is the flame on the ActivBoard in the top left corner?

Please ensure that your USB cable is connected securely into your computer and ActivBoard. If you are using a wall box or connectivity panel, please bypass this and connect directly into the ActivBoard.
