Hi Angie.

Thank you for posting.

If you have multiple flip chart pages, please go to your question manager and ensure that the question is on the correct page.

As soon as a question is made on the question manager and applied to the flip chart page, the green arrow should appear automatically regardless if you have any devices registered or your ActivHub connected.

If you are still experiencing issues, please could you confirm what version of ActivInspire you are using? Please load ActivInspire and click on Help>About to obtain this information.
