Article 10902 refers to updating the ActivDriver and the article is still up on www.prometheankb.com.
Please visit www.prometheanplanet.com/.../SearchProductFiles.aspx to download and install the latest version of ActivDriver.
You may also want to update your ActivHub firmware, to do this click on the ActivHub in ActivManager > Control panel > Hardware tab and you should see Upgrade at the bottom of the screen, ensure that you are log in as an administrator.
Please also ensure that you update ActivInspire to the latest version which is 2.0.
Check that the ActivHub is blinking green.
