Is there a specific action that you are doing within ActivInspire which causes the software to crash?
So we can have a better idea of the issue, please could you provide the version of ActivInspire that you have installed? To obtain this information open ActivInspire and click on Help>About.
If you are using a version prior to ActivInspire 2.0, you can download this version on the support section of the Promethean Planet website.
