In regards to your query when purchasing ActivInspire you will have been provided with an ActivInspire license / activation key this is a 20 digit number. When the license agreement appears you will be asked for a user name, organisation name and activation key.
Please fill in these details (user and organisation name can be anything, most people use the school / business name), enter the license / activation number and accept the terms and conditions.
This will now give you the full professional edition of ActivInspire.
If you would prefer to contact us directly, please go to www.prometheankb.com >area e.g. Projectors, Software > Contact Us. Please include the above reference number in the Existing Case Reference Number field.
In regards to your ActivHub can you please advise if you requested anActivHub? as this is not part of a package when purchasing ActivInspire.
