I have been running AI 2.0 on my Mac, under 10.9. Suddenly this morning, AI would not open entirely; I had to do a force quite. I tried opening it a couple more times with the same result, so I figured my sfwr may have become corrupted. I uninstalled, using the AI Uninstaller, went to Promethean Planet and downloaded a the sfwr (identifying the appropriate option of "I have an ActivExpression, ActiVote ..."), and tried reinstalling it, all the while with my ActivHub connected and recognized by the Control Panel (Driver 5.10.14). However, when I open the application, I get the License Agreement window, asking for an activation key. I've tried this several different ways now, but each time I get the LA window. What am I doing wrong?
