I would recommend updating your ActivDriver version from 5.7.23 to 5.10.14. You can download this on article 10902 on www.PrometheanKB.com.
I would firstly recommend powering off your ActivBoard by the mains (turn the projector off first if on the same power socket) and unplugging your USB cable, leave for 10 minutes and reconnect and turn on. Try and calibrate, does the issue still stay? If so, I would recommend getting in touch with Promethean Technical Support directly by filling in our form on the link below:
