Hi Vickie.

Thanks for posting on the forum.

It sounds like the issue could be related to the pen, could you try and calibrate another working pen?

Does the same issue happen? Could you confirm what version of the ActivManager software is installed? Click on your ActivManager icon and click on 'Control Panel', At the bottom is a version number, please confirm which version this is.

You can try resetting your ActivBoard by turning the ActivBoard off and removing the USB cable and leaving for 5 minutes, reconnect and try to calibrate, does this work?
