Please could you advise what model of ActivBoard this is? Please provide the product code on the side of the ActivBoard.
What colours are currently flashing on the LED in the top left corner?
Please could you reset your ActivBoard. To do this, remove your USB cable from the computer and turn off at the mains. If your projector is on the same mains socket, please power this down leaving enough time to cool the unit.
Leave for 5 minutes and turn on and reconnect. The LED's will cycle through different colours on start up and should go to the normal white/purple state for the ActivBoard to work.
