What type of ActivBoard are you currently using? Please could you provide the product code? On most of the ActivBoards, the product code can be found on the left hand side on a silver sticker.
If you have a flame in the top left corner of your ActivBoard, what colour is this?
Also, could you confirm the driver version you are using? To get this information, you will have an ActivManager icon on your taskbar near your date and time. please click on this and select 'Control Panel'. At the bottom of the page that loads the driver version can be found there. Also, on the same window under the 'Hardware' tab, do you see your ActivBoard appearing under description at all? If so, what is the current firmware?
