Thanks for posting on the forum.

If your file type ends in .as4a then this is the ActivInspire resources. You will need to go to the download page and click on the "Download" icon for ActivInspire software itself. Once ActivInspire has installed, you can import the resources file by clicking on ActivInspire on the taskbar>Import>Import to my/shared resources.
