Please could you make sure that you have your Flash, Java and Flash for other browsers installed and up to date?
To download Flash for other browsers please go to: get.adobe.com/.../otherversions
The version number can be found on the title of the executable file for when you are installed ActivInspire.
We would recommend downloading a fresh copy of ActivInspire and seeing if this also has issues.
