What version of ActivInspire are you using? Also, what version of the ActivManager are you currently using? Please click on your ActivManager icon and click on Control Panel. On this window, the version will be listed at the bottom.
Is you ActivHub showing under ActivInspire when you try and register your devices? If the screen is blank when you click on Device Registration, please download the latest version of the ActivManager. Please go to www.PrometheanKB.com and search for article 10902.
