Thanks for your reply.

With regard to the issue you are having, have you tested another USB cable at all? If possible use another USB cable from a working ActivBoard and see if this works. We want to ensure that there is no issues with the cables as the PC does not appear to be the issue if it is still happening with another computer.

If the issue still persists after testing another cable I would recommend contacting Promethean Technical Support directly so we can help assist further.
