Depending on the projector model that you have and the connections, you can connect the cable TV box directly into your projector to display TV on your ActivBoard. You would need to change the source of the projector to the input of the cable TV through the remote's "Source" button. With regard to the sound however this will not come out of the projector and would need some form of speakers. If you have an ActivBoard 300PRO or 500PRO with built in speakers you could use a audio cable to put into the amplifier on the left hand side, however you will need a projector which includes "audio out".
So we could possibly help a further with this, could you help by providing some information?
-What projector model do you have?
-What ActivBoard model are you using?
-What connections does the cable TV box have?
-Are you using any form of connectivity panel or wallbox?
