I am the tech person for my school and several boards are having the same issue. These are all relatively new boards (installed less than 2 years ago). What I have noticed is that none of the boards flame is lit ( I know they have power...the standby button turns green) and all of them are missing the control panel in the taskbar of the computer. I know if the flame isn't lit and the computer doesn't flash "1 device found" then pens won't work. My school district has a contract with a company to come work on them and they say it is a conflict with a program our district has installed on our computers. I know it isn't the software because it would be all boards in the building and it isn't. Please help!
