What type of ActivBoard are you currently using?
Please try the below troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue:
-Reset your computer and plug your USB cable into a different USB port
-Reset ActivBoard (Disconnect the USB cable and power off the ActivBoard at the mains, ensure that the projector is turned off prior)
-Try a different ActivPen from the same model ActivBoard- Does this work?
-Recalibrate your ActivPen by clicking on your ActivManager icon and click on calibrate.
-Does your ActivBoard LED in the top left corner change colour when you put your pen on the boards surface?
Please can you confirm what version of ActivManager you are currently using and also the firmware of the ActivBoard. To find this information, click click on your ActivManager icon and click on 'Control Panel'. Below is a screenshot of where to find this information once the control panel has loaded.
