What type of ActivBoard are you using? Do you have the model number of this?
What colour is the flame in the top left of your ActivBoard?
The USB cable you are using, is this being plugged into some form of wall box or connection panel where other connections go into, which then go to the ActivBoard? If you do have one of these, could you test directly into the ActivBoard bypassing the wallbox/connection panel. Does this help with your interaction?
