In our experience with that particular error, we have found that there was a problem with a Plug-In. To help with that error, we would recommend:
- Make a copy of the folder \Library\Internet Plug-Ins and paste that copy to the desktop.
- Delete the contents of the original folder
- Re-boot the computer and log back in as the same user
- Try opening the ActivInspire software
If the Software opens without any errors, close the software and move one of the plug-ins from the copied folder back to the original one then try to re-open the software. Repeat this for each plug-in in that folder until you encounter the one which triggers that error message; contact that plug-in’s manufacturer for assistance with acquiring a new copy of that plug-in.
