Adam, I think you are probably correct that it has something to do with Java. How do I check or fix it?
I just downloaded the current version of ActivInspire from Promethean Planet website 2 days ago.
The error message is actually behind my ActivInspire start up dialog box so I can barely see what it says but I saw the part that says, "Err, files..."
This error has been happening right from the beginning, I have yet to successfully open or start using ActivInspire.
