You can reply back with a screenshot via this forum post. If you click on 'Use rich formatting' text near the reply text box, a new window will launch showing that you can edit colour to your text etc. You can click on this icon > 
and it will allow you to attach a photo of your results.
I have downloaded the particular flip chart you have mentioned, it appears that this flip chart doesn't have any questions created to be used with any LRS devices such as the ActiVotes/ActivExpressions. As you have said, you will see the play button which will then allow you to use the devices however non of the pages on this flip chart do use the question manager.
However it is possible to modify this flip chart so that you can use it with your devices, if you are using an ActiVote device, per flip chart page you can add in the question on the page, and then also on the 'Question Manager' and then show the correct answer on the page after.
If you have ActivExpression devices you could add all of your questions on the 'Question Manager' and just use the template for the design so that you do not have to go to each page to run a new question. This will allow students to do a self paced quiz.
