So we can best understand why the issue is only happening in Internet explorer, please could you confirm what versions of the below you are using:
-ActivInspire version (To find this information launch ActivInspire and click on Help>About)
-ActivManager version (You will have a ActivManager icon in your Taskbar Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view., click on this and click on 'Control Panel'. At the bottom you will see a copyright and a version number)
-ActivEngage 2 server version - Access your ActivEngage 2 server by logging in and clicking on 'About'
-Is this installed on a local machine or on a server in the school?
Have you tried the alternative URL's which are suggested from the ActivEngage 2 server configuration log in page? You may need to add 'http://' in front of these when testing.
What are the security settings for Internet Explorer currently set to? And do you have any anti-virus software running which may be interfering with Internet Explorer?
