My school district has given us an organization name and serial number to download the professional version onto our home computers. I followed the directions for a previous question and the screen does not match the screenshot provided by our district. The screenshot shows a software license agreement screen for the professional license. They do not mention needing individual product codes or provide them from our classroom promethean boards. This would not make sense as we frequently move classrooms and/or schools and the permanently installed boards do not travel with us. How can we get the professional version that our school system has a district-wide license for? Thank you.
