I recently upgraded my laptop from one that ran Windows XP to Windows 8.1. Since upgrading I have had several instances where my flipcharts have vanished upon opening them. The pages are blank but I can see them in the browser (which really doesn't help me much unless I want to ask the students to use their imaginations). I now have to back up flipcharts as soon as I update them so that at least I have them in two different places, sometimes three. I never had this problem in four years of running the software on XP and Windows 7. It's only now with Windows 8.1. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a known reason why this is happening and is there anything that can be done to prevent it?
