With the ActivPanel Touch, the only way you could disable the touch interactivity from working would be to unplug the USB cable from the computer/ActivPanel.
The ActivPanel Touch does allow you to "Freeze" the screen through the HDMI connection by pressing the 'F1' button on your remote however this will not be the best choice to use whilst trying to watch a video.
I will raise this as an enhancement for the ActivPanel Touch so that our product team can hopefully implement this feature in future releases.
