Thanks for letting us know about your issue. What kind of board do you have? Please tell us the product code so we can see if we can tailor some troubleshooting options for you based on your hardware.
Please also open the Activmanager in your system tray next to the clock, and go to the control panel there. In the hardware tab, do you see your board listed? If so, please tell us the firmware version listed to the right.
Also, at the bottom of the window, next to the copyright notice, what version of the driver is listed to the right? Please let us know these answers, and then we can guide you to resolution.
